Belfast Audi

I had a very disappointing after sales service from belfast Audi. I bought a used car in around mid February. Car was not serviced before delivery and was given 1 year warranty. Yesterday before going to work in the morning the car pointed out low coolant level. I noticed coolant leaking. Because of this leakage the timing belt and water pump need to be changed. This was an existing problem and it was not checked before delivery. I went to the Belfast Audi and my car was booked in until Thursday. I was not provided with a courtesy car and now I am stranded for few days I do every day 25 miles to work up and down. Big dealer like them if an issue happens with their under warranty car than they should help their customer out. Even very small car dealers when u buy from them and any issue happens they provide a courtesy car until the issue is resolved. I have to get train to and from work. Family life and work life all disrupted. I am very disappointed and will not consider any future purchases here anymore.
