I have bought many items from Ross's Auctioneers over the past years including crystal, paintings and jewellery and without exception have been satisfied. I have found my dealings with the staff to have been helpful, courteous and flexible. For the first time, I will be putting items into auction this year and am hopeful that the service will be just as good.

This was my first time dealing with Rosss. I found the online interface intuitive and user friendly and the registration process was not cumbersome as is the case on some similar sites. I was hugely impressed to discover that my items were dispatched the very next day and arrived promptly. They were very carefully packaged and exactly as described. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We recently made two online purchases. Service was excellent, our purchases were exactly as described and true to the online photographs. Payment was easy and straightforward-and postage was quick. Our purchases were very well-wrapped, too.
