Attended Andre Reiu concert in April. Over an hours wait to get into carpark with 2 disabled people, who were left out of car while the driver got parked. One disabled person then had to go get a booked wheelchair assistance. 15 mins later a guy arrived and took us to our seats which had been booked wheelchair friendly. We missed the first 30mins if the show. My 90 year old mother had to climb 8 steps to our seats. The concert was excellent. A great show with a Pipe Band and great singers. Same thing after the show. Long wait for wheelchair assistance. Queques for the lift. Apparently they had 200 patrons needing assistance. They were trying their best but it made the evening stressful. Not at all well organised. Disappointed.
