Jim came recommended to us by several family members you had used him and have to say could not have asked for a more professional, detailed and efficient architect. We wanted our 5 bed semi in Malone extended and modernised and just got the house valued and it exceeded our expectations. Hard to find a sound architect who knows just what you want - but Jim certainly delivered on this!

Great service from Jim who visited to assess our needs and lifestyle before creating a plan that exceeded our expectations and made the best of our space and budget. Jim was attentive and detailed in his approach helping us understand the design process , planning application, building control and builders tendering. Our extension came in on time and on budget but more importantly Jim found some great design touchs and features that made the building into a home. I would highly recommend getting Jim to take a look at any project - as with all top pros you might need to join the queue but I guess that comes with the territory when youre looking for quality work.

A waste of time and money. We sought assistance from Jim to start the planning for an extension to our home. He explained that he was so busy he would have to charge for his consultation, which was fine. He called to our house walked about for a while, gave some general advice and then informed us that our address was a bit far away from where he usually conducted his business and would be unlikely to take the job on and if he did the distance (20 miles from Belfast) would have to be reflected in his costs, this while pocketing his consultancy fee. He also explained that as he was so busy it would take a couple of weeks to come back to us with a quote for his work and a general plan for the work we wanted to carry out. 3 months later we have still heard nothing. Highly unprofessional.
