Last Sunday when I was at church my husband had a fall .Luckily two young women who were walking by heard his cry for help. They sent for the ambulance . The rapid response guy who came - Brian was fantastic not only with the patient but with me as well. The ambulance arrived very quickly and the two girls Elizabeth and Claire were so calm and reassuring. Thank you so much to this team ! You are wonderful !

Thank you Janice (emergency responder) from NIAS for assistance today at Downhill Gardens. Janice is worth more than the 5 star rating. She located her patient who was off road, contacted National Trust to open the locked gates and provided reassurance, amazing care and pain relief before the hospital transfer. We will be forever grateful. Also special thanks to the 2 paramedics from NIAS who renamed and transferred 'Running Man' to Altnagelvin hospital. (Sorry I didn't get your names.)Your kindness and professionalism was outstanding. Wonderful service even though the workload is off the scale. Thank you

The amazing thing is that these people are able to hold everything together, in the worst cases, and they cone back and do it all again the next day. Be careful with these people, they are as close as we get to angelic..
