I was charged for a PPV event I did not want, it was tacked on to my renewal without my knowledge (Ive since confirmed many users had this issue). I eventually connected with a Live Agent after multiple emails to customer service that went unanswered. DAZN informed me that would be refunded, as I wanted to ensure I spoke to DAZN prior to the event. Two weeks afterwards, DAZN informed me they wouldnt be refunding me..I wasnt even afforded the opportunity to view it as you confirmed my refund (not that I wanted to)!!!! Im still trying to contact your team and I have 20 unanswered emails requesting an escalation. 1-star doesnt come close to the poor service and the duplicitous conduct of your company.and the fact I get a response within the hour after a google rating, but cant get a response through your support channels is a complete joke. Understand the rating now?
