Completed my Day Skipper course with Rusty. Could not have asked for a better instructor as Rusty has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he shares in a practical and understandable manner. Great confidence builder and the only man I have ever known to be able to time when the wind was about to hit the sail. Highly recommend Sailschool NI for anyone wishing to take up sailing, you will not be disappointed. Look forward to completing further courses with Rusty.

I had the best week ever sailing with Rusty, he is a very good teacher, how made it so easy and fun at the same time, I would highly recommend anyone who wants to learn to sail to go to Rusty as you will not be disappointed

I have just completed my RYA/MCA Coastal Skipper & Yachtmaster Offshore Shorebased with Russell. I must mention how easy it was to learn with Russell and the comparisons given to practical situations really made the theory understandable and very easy to comprehend. Russell always made time to explain things fully and even gave up his own time freely so that i could catch up on coursework after I had missed two classes. I cannot recommend Sail School NI enough and i look forward to putting some water under the keel with Russell this coming season. Many thanks to Jim Coffey and Royal Ulster Yacht Club for organising this course and most importantly to Russell for making learning so easy.
