My friends and family have been delighted with their "whimsical world" presents over the years, the latest being the lovely puffin cushion and the sheep coasters. They are not only high quality products but they bring smiles to the receivers and to all those that see them in our home and in our family and friends homes. I am surrounded by products of The Whimsical World of Thomas Joseph. I just looove them, they always represent the source of a smile and good humor. In spite of perfect packing, one of the glass cutting boards unfortunately arrived broken. A free-of-charge replacement was on its way to me in no time. Many thanks for that. The The Whimsical World of Thomas Joseph team also helped out the unknowing customs officers in my home country by adding a sticker to the package identifying Northern Ireland as a member of the EU for customs purposes. This saved me the import VAT that would otherwise have been due. I'm a happy return customer...

Unfortunately I ran out of threads to complete one section of one of the company's cross stitch packs so I sent an email to the address on the back of the kit box. I very quickly got a reply telling me it was not a problem and they would send out more thread which they did and at no cost to me. They even advised me the day it had been despatched and gave me a tracking reference. I have now Received not only the thread required but a complete set of all the colours for the kit. What a wonderful service! So helpful and efficient. Than you.
