Always great service and the guys behind the desk are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help.

I really wish my postman would leave my parcels for pickup at a different post office. This one is the slowest, most glacially paced post office I've ever had the misfortune to be a customer in. The ladies behind the counter combine that with equally glacial personalities, except when the customer is a personal friend in which case be prepared to wait for a very long time while they catch up all the gossip of the day. Truly awful , stupendously abysmal service.

Good post office, agreed with the review about the queues but thats the only negative about this post office, great post office serving bangor west to helens bay residents.

The shop is great but the post office is awful. Service very slow during the day and always a large queue. I think royal mail need to understand that 1 window is not enough in an area with a large elderly population who continue to conduct a lot of their business via post offices rather than online.
