Royal Mail Group - Bangor

Person in Royal Mail sorting office in main building close early to to get stand in part of movie that was being filmed in bangor today all parcels were tracked but got no email or text to say when they were coming out .

I arrived home from work to find a note saying a parcel had been returned to Bangor post office as no one was at home. As I was unloading my car the postman arrived with the ordinary letter post. Not our usual man , so apologies I didn't catch his name. He asked would I be in as he would drop the parcel off ( still on his van) after he finished the letters. I thought it was very kind of him and much appreciated as it saved me a trip into the town centre!

Don't use this service, totally incompetent, useless setup and don't blame your postman. Their tracking system does not work! It is impossible to speak to a Human, and don't pay for next day delivery, it doesn't work either
