        Balloo hire Bangor NI, I must admit they gave great customer service and support (when I under ordered a scaffold). They were excellent and I could not have had a better service.

        I hired a kango hammer and tile spade to lift floor tiles in my hallway, kitchen and utility room over the weekend. Every 3 tiles lifted the bolts in the tile spade came loose and fell apart. I had to stop and re build it. I took it back next morning first thing to be told 'yeah that's what happens unfortunately 'Not can I get you another one or anything. Totally uninterested in helping. The job never got finished. Really disappointed. A day away on customer service training wouldn't do any harm. Not the treatment I expected from a large company. Disappointed.
