        I could not talk more highly of Active Health+ Bangor. My physiotherapist Claire was absolutely fantastic, proffessional and friendly and has really changed my quality of life. She really listened to what I had to say when other health professionals have brushed me off. She didn't just help my physical issues through the exercises, she also made me feel heard and seen. There aren't enough stars to give this place! Thank you so much

        Recovering from knee replacement surgery I was in a lot of pain and unable to bend my knee much. Clare was very helpful and encouraging both helping to free up my knee and keeping my spirits up as it takes time to get over. The exercises she gave me helped between appointments and her physio was second to none.
