Brilliant ! Started over a year ago with the nutrition and personal training. Amazing one to one advice on feeding myself healthily and how to fit that in with feeding a family. The training made me feel more confident about gyms and my ability. Once I reached my goal, I stayed for the circuits. They are so much fun, challenging, but definitely worth it. It has changed me forever. I have a home gym and my children workout with me in the mornings. I feel good and have loads of energy. The best advice I can give if you're reading this is, one more step, phone eat fit ni. Start today

Sunday circuits class for a great full body workout with loads of diversity which set me up for the week!. Its a great space and small classes. No need for membership which is also great! 1:1 sessions where the focus was strength and conditioning. EatFit NI's focus is on improving the health and wellbeing within the local community! Give it a try!

Top advice and encouragement. Freddies support over the last few months has helped me first establish a healthier diet with an emphasis on making sustainable changes. More recently, personally tailored training sessions are helping to build strength and increase resistance to injury from running. Im encouraged by the improvements Im seeing. Ive committed to focused, one-to-one training, but also plan to join the small group circuits classes.
