    Having not been in a gym for over 20 years I was nervous and very much lacking in confidence and doubtful of my own capabilities. Bradley has made it a very positive experience for me, pushing me to realise I am capable of much more than I had assumed. He is a very self motivated person with a knack of accurately assessing your fitness and strength and has encouraged my commitment to working with him to set and achieve goals. I am thrilled with my progress to date and have even found the confidence to venture into the gym on my own in between our sessions. I have no hesitation in recommending Bradley, he is a dedicated trainer with a unique way of motivating and teaching - he is also good craic!

    Ive been training with Bradley for a few months now doing a weekly PT session as well as a strength and conditioning class. Bradley is a fantastic coach with a wealth of knowledge. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while also pushing you to dig deeper and stay motivated. The main thing I wanted to focus on was gaining muscle and improving my form at the gym and Bradley has helped hugely with this. He has provided great advice on calorie intake and diet and has been very patient with me in correcting my form and help me beat my personal bests in a safe and consistent way. I was familiar with the gym before training with Bradley but I really feel that he has helped take my workouts to the next level and helped me better understand the importance of form and engaging the right muscles. The sessions are tough but I enjoy the challenge and look forward to them every week - and theyre always great craic! I cant recommend Lean N Mean PT highly enough.

    I started training with Bradley to help improve my strength and confidence in the gym. I had a good amount of knowledge around training previous to this but I struggled to push myself to my full potential during my sessions. Bradley keeps me motivated, not just during the weekly PT sessions but also throughout the week with a training programme. He is knowledgeable and has provided me with lots of advice to help improve both my training and diet. I have seen a huge increase in my strength since working with Bradley, even though I am working around a pre-existing back injury, which he always considers when training and works on ways to improve. Sessions are always enjoyable, even when he forces you to train abs!! I would highly recommend Bradley to anyone, regardless of how much or little experience you have in the gym!
