        Great staff and plenty to keep the residents occupied during the day. Since I wrote this review the new owners have taken over and reduced staffing so the residents have nothing to do during the day . The staff still work extremely hard and are great . So I am reducing it from 5 to 3 stars as I feel that the provision of this service was essential for the stimulation of the residents

        Sme of the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.But on my mum's passing in June 2020 I was told I had three days to clear her stuff out of her room. I phoned to let the staff know I was coming,and when I arrived I was horrified to find everything belonging to her in black bags sitting at the main front door.I had originally mentioned to one of the staff that I would be happy to donate most of my mum's clothes to help those that didn't have much in the home .So when I mentioned this I was told well empty the bags out here and sort through them,I was in tears by this stage as people were coming and going and walking over my mum's belongings as I tried to decide what I wanted to keep.All in all at the end a very hurtful and sad time to end my mum's stay there and her passing.
