New York Nails

Did use this place for a while, but honestly, wouldnt go near it! The staff are downright rude, Chat away to each other in their native tongue, the products they use are cheap and inferior, probably all from China! Once l asked for a soak off, my hands were put in a Kelloggs Buzz Liteyear bowl, the cuticle oil they use is from the 1 shop!! Once getting acrylic on the guy doing it was in fowl form, it wasnt working out and aggressively wiped it off them took the buffer to it and practically went through to my nail bed, l said to him, you really hurt me! He didnt even apologise! I changed my nail technician after that! She said said to me on my first visit, that my nails were waifer thin and in a really bad state!

Very rude staff, sat talking to each other while I sat waiting for a pedicure only to be told that they didn't do pedicures even though they advertise the they do. Will not be back
