Booked for a formal 11/05/2017 for 4.30 didn't arrive until 5.50 so mist all photos and meal started at 5.45 so mist part of that as well. I will never and I mean never use again. I would think twice before booking

Please note that this company is now UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP as from 8th September, 2016. Kirsty Buchanan, I hope you will find it in your heart to give the new owners a chance, and if you book again with us we will give you an extra bottle of bubbly!!

Avoid at all costs. We booked this company to pick my bridesmaids up for my wedding day (8th August 2016). They never showed, we paid the deposit of 20 and they never came. When my bridesmaid rang to see why they had not arrived, the man on the phone said that our deposit had not been paid. And the car would not be coming. We had rang a week prior to the wedding day to confirm everything was in order and we're told it was, there was no mention of no deposit being paid. A day after our wedding we received a card that said there had been an oversight, and the deposit had not been written in the diary, with a 50 cheque (20 of which was our deposit). Which no were near covers the cost of us having to arrange emergency transportation or the fact I was 40 minutes late to my own wedding because some moron didn't do their job right. You have cost us memories and time which we will never get back. Had we of been getting married in a registry office, we would not be married, because I would have missed my time slot. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
