Company contacted me earlier this week whilst I was working about life insurance. Didnt ask if it was a convenient time to talk just went on. Agreed to schedule a call later in the week with a Simon Goldman when I had time to speak. Im busy self employed and was rushing around so when the call came, so I had to reschedule. When Simon called me again I was rushing around even more. Just received a text midday Saturday saying thanks for getting back to me. Extremely unprofessional. Being in the sales and cold calling business, you should have a thicker skin and be able to mince your words a lot better. Improvement required within this company.
