The first enquiry I made to Russell's was by telephone when I had the pleasure of speaking to Valerie who had such a friendly and compassionate manner and who instantly put me at ease at what was a very emotional time on the week prior to the passing of my Mother. She took time to listen to me and left me feeling confident that I wanted Russell's of Bangor to carry out our plans for my Mother's Funeral Service & Burial. At a later stage I also had the pleasure of speaking to her colleague Gillian in the office and who also was very helpful and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. Both of the girls went over and above to make my Mothers Funeral Day everything we could have hoped for and especially in these very complex times with the Covid 19 restrictions.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Russell's Funeral Directors (part of the Dignity Group) to friends and family members and on reading your brochures am now considering putting in order my own funeral plan with the Dignity Group.
