Excellent service. Unfortunately our dog recently passed away. Mark has looked after our dog for many years. He is one of the most helpful and caring people we've ever meet. Genuinely cared for Floyd right to the end. High recommended five stars is not enough.

I had a pretty unpleasant exchange with a dog walker from this business at Helens Bay. A lone 'Paws Patrol' walker was walking 9 dogs (yes NINE dogs!), all OFF lead and therefore completely out of his control. Five dogs were running ahead, the other four coming up behind him. This sole walker didn't even have leads with him! I had my dog on a lead and his dogs came running up to mine. My dog has been bitten before by a dog off a lead, so when 3 came running up, I thought this could turn nasty....thankfully it didn't What did turn nasty however, was when I respectfully challenged him later why he was walking so many dogs, clearly not under his control and against all professional dog walker guidelines. His mate from Paws Patrol had joined him at this latter stage and he then shouted a mouthful of abuse after me - language I can't repeat here. That behaviour alone, made me decide on this review. The Dogs Trust (and Belfast City Council) clearly states 'No more than four dogs should be walked at any one time...and ALL dogs under a dog walkers care should be reliably under control at all times'. Whether you can enforce law or not, its simply common sense, if you are a sole walker, walking NINE dogs, to have them under your control! Especially when you purport to be a professional dog walking service. If you want to let your customers dogs run around free, then by all means do so, but hire a field etc to do it...don't use public walks. I certainly wouldn't be paying for my dog to be walked with nine other dogs and none of them on a lead!
