One of their drivers nearly ran me off of the motorway. I rang the company to complain and the call handler couldnt have cared less. Seemed to think that because he didnt actually hit me it wasnt a problem, offered dash cam footage but to no avail. Personally, if one of my professional drivers failed to see a BRIGHT GREEN car whilst attempting a lane change, I would probably give them the sack.
