Having read many reviews on local chimney sweeps , decided to go with this one. Left a message and Alan called me back and we booked mutually convenient time. I was running late so I organised for my partner to go to my property in order to meet Alan and get chimney swept. This was booked for Friday past . I am still waiting!! I rang Alan to explain that I was waiting for him . He didnt have the courtesy to even reply . I could not recommend , my time is important too .

In my experience - standard customer service - don't answer the phone, you leave a message, they call you back, you can't answer, they dont leave a message, you call them back, they don't answer. Eventually you get an answer. They telll you they are booked up for the next 3 months, and can't take bookings beyond that.
