I I've been using them all year. I notice they have cazy timetable not always open on time in morning and terrabile at cleaning tables and often always hiding in back that takes time for them to notice your there. I put up with it as I used work in busy cafe and know you can be juggling lot jobs. But l not seen it busy dispite being in prime location which says a lot. A few staff are joy and extremely nice that I did start going regularly. But if I see certain people on duty I usually walk by as they give off a unwelcome vibe as if they don't want costumers. It seams like a cafe that lost it way and I wish it find it again as lack passion to work in it can be felt by costumers. I do miss friendly vibe then I started using it (thanks to that lovely member of staff who I wish I got her name) but sadly the last few times I've used it felt cold and unfriendly (2 members of staff). What broke camel back for me. They use loyalty card I had 2 cards that made the amount up for free coffee and lady said I could not have my free coffee. I asked her could I add them together on one card for next time, she said "no I must fill each card individually" very rudly. I had been saving cards to use as treat and had 3 cards on me. Almost full. Now if I saw a customer with 3 to 4 cards almost full I think oh a regular costumer take cards be flexible so she keep coming. But the vibe I got was how dare you use a card system for free coffee and we not honoring it by making it awkward for you. I think she hoping I'll lose cards. I will update if another member of staff honours it. Now I hope they improve as it good location to relax before train when opened.

The address is incorrect. 1 Abbey street is not a cafe. Or any business. Is a private residence.
