        Menu looked good. Ordered at 12.03 was told half hr to 45 mins at latest. Rang at 13.08 and told food with driver. Was told she would ring driver for update then ring back. I said had to leave at around 13.30 so would need food before that. 13 25 no return call. Food not here. Was told driver had delivered and back at cafe then got hung up on. I understand busy and stressed but only trying to explain. Rang back 2mins later spoke to a guy very pleasant. Told me my order not even sent; asked if could be here in 10 mins but he said sorry no so going to work now no food nor time to get something. Would like to give them a second chance another time cos stuff happens but am wary. Mary
