        Took a ridiculous length of time for my SWITCH to take place 17days!!!!! Totally misinformed by the young member of staff who assisted in this process whom initially told me you choose your date!! She needs retrained totally clueless. Also wanted to open a savings account and they couldn't do it as their devices were not working!!!! They also tried to make a phone call which was NEVER answered by their customer services. If the branch staff cannot get through what hope does a customer have!! Big mistake for Nationwide....I went to the Progressive where I was able to open 2 savings accounts in 10minutes with better interest rates too.39% more!!! Really unimpressed with Nationwide. Had to give one star as no option for none.
