        Good experience dealing with a member of the Bangor branch. Hardly anytime spent waiting to get through and then had my query dealt with the very effectively and quickly. Great service in these difficult and strange times.

        The hours of work just seem to be getting shorter and shorter, from 9-5 down to 10-3 and now 10-2. I dont think Covid spreads at certain times of the day but what I would suggest is that the fewer hours youre open, the less your customers can spread out their times of banking, so the more people youll have in the branch at once? If youre wanting to neglect your customers and replace your staff with on street robots that cant always read cheques, youre going the right way about it.
