      • Disgusting, rude staff. Refused to change 40 pounds due to the fact that I did not have their card. Very rude manager and cashier. The humiliation of my human dignity. For such behavior, they should not only be fired from their jobs, they should be judged! I do not recommend this bank to anyone, they can humiliate you there.

        Its a bank were cashiers are rude and unhelpful.Been with them for nine years.I have a currant and saving account.I lost mt bank card so took my savings account which i have a pin number for and my passport with me and because i lost my current account card wont let me lift a
