Alex is amazing and a crucial part of mine and my families health care. I have been having kinesiology with Alex for 5 years now and I can't put into words how much it has helped my mental health and helped me navigate through the challenging times in my life. I go every 6 weeks as I feel I benefit from a regular session. My children have also had sessions with Alex when they have needed help with issues they have experienced particularly around school. They now ask me to book a session with Alex when they think they could do with it, which I think is a testament to how much Alex has helped them. Thank you Alex I don't now what I would do without you.

Both my daughter and myself have visited Alex. Alex has a wonderful approach and makes you feel relaxed as well as keeping you informed throughout the session. I would highly recommend Alex.

Ive had medical consultations, Ive altered my diet - all to no avail. I dont know how you achieved this result but its transformed my life - thank you so much.
