I received excellent customer service during our shop on Saturday. We were up from Dublin to stock up on a load of vegan products that are not available in the south and I was looking for the Vivera salmon fillets. The price ticket was in the fridge but they were all sold out, so I asked the guy stocking the fridge about them. He used his scanning device to check stock levels and even though it said out of stock he not only checked in the back but then he used the device to check other stores. It appeared they had some in stock at a Tescos close by and he gave us details on how to get there. Sure enough, they had some in the fridge. This lad went above and beyond and is an absolute asset to the store. Big thanks!
