        Ordered school photographs for both my children 50 to find out it was digital they wouldn't refund even though they weren't downloaded...cheeky on phone refusing to print unless paid in full again ...I will not be using your service again...and I'll be informing others including the school. Terrible service, told to go print them myself in Tesco's or boots I found this cheeky.

        Its been a month since i ordered a photo ,costumer service not existent ,nobody replying to emails . I cant believe company like this is working for schools . Absurd!

        Paid for p7 class photo this year and there where mistakes on it. Contacted them which they said it was there error for rushing and would be doing another and sending it in to replace it. This never happened! And every time I email them to contact them they dont reply. Now the school has opened again I will be emailing them and 100% will not be purchasing any further photos from School.
