        I was in this store today, got Served by a staff member called Ella. Her knowledge of the footwear was excellent and i found her so helpful. Very good salesperson.

        Do not buy poor quality product very poor customer service. I bought a pair of trainers from the Oasics outlet shop in Banbridge. They said the product sold for 140 on sale 70 . I thought good deal. I bought them on the 17 July 2020 . The material gave way at the crease of my step. Two week old trainers and the manager said far wear and tear. Surely trainers should be robust enough to last more than two weeks very disappointed. Do not buy these products . Customer service poor on line email then wait for a decision what can be done. My advice buy from a retailer who looks after there customers not rips them off.
