        What can you say about Poundland, bar good value for money. Sadly the member of staff on that day wasn't very nice. Someone cut in front of me in the queue and when I said something about it to him. The member of staff looked at me and asked what my problem was. I told her that the men in front of her cut in and she said "SO what's the problem with that?" When I got up to her, she couldn't look at me and just gave me the cold customer service that any shop should never give even for a Pound shop. Why have a customer queuing line system in place if staff think it's ok to let people cut in.
