        A first class club with a friendly 'no ego' atmosphere. I have been a member for almost 10 years, whether you are a competitor, looking to gain confidence or to help your fitness I highly recommend it. The coaches are vastly experienced and offer classes to suit everyone at all ages!

        Couldnt ask for anything more from a club when it comes to teaching, team mates and over martial arts experience. Would highly recommend for anyone who is flip flopping around the idea of taking the plunge.
