        Terrible experience. Appointment booked with James then lockdown happened. He promised that I would be first in line when they reopened. However that was not the case. James gave me an appointment and then withdrew it. All he could go on about was how stressful it was that they had reopened. I was working in ICU. Earning money cutting hair is nothing compared to trying to save lives during this pandemic. Very disappointed.
