Cookie Dope

Don't know what went wrong but when I arrived the order was cancelled even though it said on Just Eat that it was available for collection. It looked like they gave it to the delivery driver because when I mentioned it to the lady behind the till he turned his back on me and proceeded to eat whatever he was eating. I then grabbed my food at last and came home to which I opened the waffle box to see it was plain even though I asked for the biscoff waffle toppings. I went back in and got a "what is it now" kind of look, I mentioned about the waffle and was hoping to get what I paid for. I had to wait while they then dug through the reciepts then added the toppings to my now cold waffle. Lucky me, got home to now melting ice cream. I couldn't give this a 1 star because the food was quite good but I'm not happy with the service. Really expected more because its not exactly 99p for a flake ice cream, it's a good wack of money for a dessert. Maybe just needs reporting to just eat and their systems but the service just can't continue like this.

Arrived with 2 ladies instore the door was locked the customer opened and unlocked the door only to be given 2 different stories about closing time had changed to 9 however not updated on line been at this time before no problem only to be told they were closed 2 young girls no clue about dealing with the public and then the said customer to leave with an ice cream very annoyed with the way I was treated and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired

Lovely staff and great desserts. Very good value for money and definitely recommend for a family day out. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and can cater to your needs.
