I had a new front door fitted into an existing frame , from the outset I was very impressed with the customer service . Stephen called to measure up the door , it was manufactured in the workshop & expertly fitted this week. The finish on the door is top class , we are absolutely delighted with the job . I have no hesitation in recommending this top class firm , they are in a class of their own when it comes to QUALITY.Thanks to all at DASK timber for a first class job. Dennis Sheridan

We ordered windows from Dask. The quality is good but half the windows and one colour and the other half a different colour at the time we did not realise, but it is very obvious and how Dask did not see it is a mystery. We have tried getting quotes for further work and they are too busy to respond, so we have now sourced an alternative supplier who hopefully can match the hotch potch of colours!!! Disappointing really from professionals! Do not use to fit windows either finish never done right to this day.

In my opinion, this company are a disgrace. We purchased sash windows, a porch, casement windows, front door and rear doors and a double height conservatory. We have had problems with every aspect of their work (except the sash windows). The conservatory doors leaked from day 1; the rear doors cracked, and the casement windows were ill fitting. Getting this crowd back to repair was really very easy provided you had yet to settle the bill. Once they were paid they were very hard to entice back to sort out the problems. Our conservatory was badly fitted and leaked, and the attempts to repair the leak were ineffective. This resulted in it rotting ( a problem I see shared by another reviewer). So in short, if you want to spend a small fortune on a badly designed/installed/repaired project which eventually rots out of the ground and you particularly like really poor customer service this is certainly the company for you. Otherwise avoid. No doubt this review will get a prompt response; if only their customer service was so prompt
