Fane Valley Stores - Banbridge

I visit the Banbridge depot probably twice a week, spend between 200 - 500 per month, staff are generally nice. Though today I waited my turn in the queue, ordered my goods & paid. Stood in another queue while the store man was chatting and serving a girl who had come in after me, who hadnt even ordered and paid for her goods. The poor man in front of me was on crutches and was getting very annoyed. After the store man decided to start doing his job and got the man on crutches sorted, I handed him my docket, he took it off me and looked at it. I said while you are getting my order, Ill open my car and be ready. When I came back hed left my docket on the haylage, as decided to serve the girl behind me. When he had finished I asked him why he had ignored my order and served the girl behind me? He just said well shes from Dromore so I said, well Im n my lunch break and youd just used it up! Hed used my place in the queue. Ill be sourcing my goods elsewhere. Even though the other store man with the red hair is really nice and helpful. Its a pity one idiot can have such a negative effect on a business.
