        Was with them a few years back for a small business. Paid them to do our payroll, taxes and VAT returns but they constantly made mistakes. We miscalculated your last VAT bill and you owe 2000. Okay, so I pay you to work out our VAT and Tax Bills, and you miscalculate. Meaning my small business has to pay thousands in one lump sum because of your incompetence? This happened several times and the two women in the office dont seem to have a clue what theyre doing. Will never use them again and would recommend avoiding them. I came back to leave this review as I realised they had made the same mistakes with several friends businesses, also costing them money. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

        Absolutely useless, our whole family have been with them for 20+ years but have recently moved all accounts due to bad financial advice and tax planning. Every year there were mistakes and back tracking by their accountants, it was becoming unbearable to deal with. Gradually we took our accounts elsewhere. They have lost us hundreds (yes hundreds) of thousands of pounds and we're still trying to rectify their mistakes a few years on. I wouldn't even trust them with a simple tax return. If you want to look after your hard earned money then definitely AVOID!!!!!!! If you want any advice or details about our experience please feel free to message me.
