Prestige Marques - Audi Specialist

I recently bought an Audi Q5 from Prestige Marques. This is my third vehicle I have bought from them and as always it was the exact car I asked them to source for me. I gave a long list of requests to Greg and Maurice and they managed to fulfil every one of them. As much as Im enjoying my third vehicle from the guys at Prestige, Im already looking forward to my fourth! A special mention to the detailing team also who never fail to amaze with the condition they leave the cars for collection. Five stars. Wish I could give ten!

Recently bought a car from these guys, I travelled up from Cork. They collected me at Belfast train station, and could not have been more helpful. Leading up to the sale, Maurice was incredibly helpful with providing any details I required in order to verify VRT and that the car was NI registered. Anytime I texted a question he would ring me to go through everything in detail and left me in no doubt. The car was in pristine condition and Im delighted with my purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or dealing with them in future.

Buy a car with caution from this dealership! Bought an Audi A6 Advant - within 5 hours of driving it the engine light came on! Brought it to a garage of their choice for repair was told it was a sensor it was all fine then within 2 days the light was on again. Prestige came and lifted the car and refunded the money as this was the right thing to do as it was not sold fit for purpose. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership, they clearly knew there was an issue with the car but continued to sell it anyway - shameless behavior really.

Stay clear of this car dealership! I bought an Audi Q2 from them just before Christmas. It had issues from the word go! The dealership took the car back and informed me that it needed two new synchros in the gearbox. How was that missed when the 5th gear wouldn't engage probably? After it had been repaired by the dealership I felt the car was still not right. I took it to an independent garage who found numerous other issues. Thankfully I did get my money back but I do think this was only because I had threaten them with trading standards.
