I left my foster dog Max, who is unfortunately very sick and frail, in for a much needed groom with Chloe. She went above and beyond for him, took it at his pace and made me, and him so much more at ease. He came out looking and smelling beautiful and was totally relaxed. I travelled 45 minutes because I heard such good things about Chloe and Im so glad I did. Highly recommend for a kind, caring and talented groomer

I took my 5 month old belgian malinois for a groom. I was told that a bath deshed and ear clean and nail clip cost 40 pounds. When picking Bella up I was happy and she was clean. When i took her home and she was sleeping she rolled onto her belly and I seen that her gential area was filthy. Also I checked her nails and they had not been clipped. I messaged the girl and asked why she charged for the nail clip and why is there an area on her that is still dirty. She did not reply for hours and it was the nxt day before she replied. She said that Bella did not need her nails clipped and she forgot to mention it when i was picking her up. So I paid the 40 pounds. I did not get the full grooming she said that cost 40 pounds and she was very rude and did not see my point at all.

Highly recommend Chloe at Hilltop! I brought my golden retriever to her to get groomed who can be a bit of a diva at being groomed. Chloe sent me a video of Gilly falling asleep whilst mid groom so its fair to say she has a special touch when grooming! 5stars! She goes the extra mile to groom and also care for your pets needs
