As a family we anguished over whether to admit our Father into a home. We very quickly learned that this family business offered a service far beyond our expectations. Jillian leads a very professional and dedicated team. The medical requirements, facilities and caring attitude are absolutely superb. I could not recommend this home highly enough

My mother is a resident here and I notice there are no reviews. I would just like to record the great care that mother receives here. This is a very special nursing home as it provides excellent individual care in high standard facilities. The owners and the staff are extremely attentive to my mothers needs as they were to my aunt a few years before. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent care home to anyone considering a move to such a care facility. It is the best I saw when I was originally checking out the competition and I could not recommend it highly enough.

We'd give the place a zero if we could. My mother suffers from dementia, a particularly bad form of it. We were criticised for her behaviour, which if the manager in any way understood dementia (you'd think she would considering where she works) she'd be more understanding. She stayed in this place for about a month until we could get her somewhere better. She was sent away with clothes in binbags, not the bags she brought in. Half her clothes were missing, her personal toiletery bag, and all of her toiletries that she'd brought it (which had been quite a lot due to covid). Her glasses were broken and stuffed into the bottom of her handbag. There's no way she broke them herself, as she's worn them all her life, and always has them on unless asleep. It's a good thing for her that she is unaware of how she was treated, I feel sorry for residents who are. Awful place. Avoid.
