So disappointed by my experience today with Carlisle Fuels. 24 hours without heat and water. I am withdrawing my custom with immediate effect from all businesses managed by D and W Carlisle. The lack of customer service provided by Carol in the Oil Call centre was astounding. A small gesture to resolve the situation created by Carlisle fuels would have sufficed to retain my business. Just remember how hard it is to secure new customers. It is more cost-effective to.look after loyal, long-term customers. Shame on you for your appalling attitude to customers. Your lack of judgement has cost you 2000 of my business and I shall share my experience with anyone interested.

Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery on 19 January 2023. When the oil hadn't turned up in mid-afternoon I phoned up to ask what time it was coming at. Helpful and pleasant girl on the phone but the driver told her he wasn't going to deliver to me today, but hadn't bothered to let anyone actually know this. The manager then decided to do nothing at all even though I made the company aware I had no fuel left and was sitting in freezing cold. Unable to deliver the service I was charged extra for, didn't keep me updated and wouldn't budge a single inch to help me when I needed them. Avoid this company at all costs if you need oil quickly.

Always a friendly and prompt service. Any time I've run out of oil they've either delivered same or next day.
