        Great place to train! Very lovely owner (Lisa) and great members. Very welcome and a good atmosphere. We trained there during our holidays. Loved the workouts. Highly recommend this place.

        Really great bunch of people and fantastic equipment that is new and plentiful. Classes are very well organized and the coaching is brilliant. Very well setup to cater to all levels of fitness.
