Nice place to go into but slow service. Gave our order, sat down and were then told thered be at least a 10 minute wait. OK, thats not too bad as it was 13:20 and it was busy. The table next to us was then taken shortly after we sat down and those customers gave their order. Very surprised when they got their food delivered before us. When our choice was finally served (about 20 minutes from sitting down), the order wasnt complete and we were missing the toasted sandwich that was to go along with the bowls of soup. I enquired from an elderly lady about the toastie and she curtly replied that she missed it from our order and she was on her own and too busy. The toastie arrived a few minutes after I had finished my soup and wheaten bread. Now the food was lovely, but the service was not a good standard at all. I dont know if well return again to give Lifestyle a second chance.

Hygiene very poor. I was handed an absolutely filthy sweetner popper and told the staff that it was disgusting to be asked" what was the issue ? Its only chocolate!!" The toilet was covered in dirt and urine. I left after paying for my order but didn't drink it. I have taken photos and they have been reported.

THE coffee shop in Saintfield; lovely atmosphere, pleasant staff and a great selection of drinks and buns.
