I specifically travelled to the Ballymoney store to get my daughters passport photo take as Gordon's clearly advertise this service. when I arrived they refused stating the reason was that they were now only accepting over 3s.. my daughter is 2, not that they asked.. I explained that she needed a passport and they were the only place that I knew locally that provided this service and I needed this as a matter of urgency. even though she's 2 she still needs a photo to get a passport.. when I asked why they stated 'because of covid and well because they don't sit'.. I was quite happy to pay for the service and if she wouldn't sit of have understood.. but to just refuse and use the 'covid excuse'! I have been a regular customer for years and I will not ever enter another Gordon's because of this, there wasn't even an apology given, they stated that "it's on Facebook". when I have searched Facebook I cannot see this information anywhere. after some searching I found that snappy snaps in Coleraine provide this service and so we made a further journey to there. my daughter is only 2 but she is very well behaved and sat like a little doll for them. the service in snappy snaps was a stark contrast, so friendly and nice to my little girl.
