        Stevenson & Reid still holds the prize of the worst service ever. I got shower bases, toilets, sinks etc. delivered. One of the toilets had been dropped and the porcelain broken off and cracked. A sticky label had been removed from elsewhere on the toilet and stuck over the damage hoping that I wouldn't notice. Of course I did. I took it back where the policy from everyone working there was to ignore me after I stated the problem. No-one would talk to me. Zero customer service. That was at least 15 years ago, since then I've given ALL my business to their competitors. That's money from their till into their competitors till. That's double the difference - financially That's how business works. Their costly shortsighted choice
