The Pantry at the Dark Hedges

Worst service ever experienced. We ordered a coffe and a cake, I politely asked if we could sit inside for a bit, they said yes, probably the female manager, then our bill jumped of 3/4 pounds.. fine, we thought they added the service charge. We took a sit and waited for about 20 minutes, still no coffe. I then went to ask if she could make it to take away as we had to leave. The member of staff made the coffee and left it there on the counter. She kept looking at me from far away without saying anything or bringing it over, since I paid about 4 pounds, you should bring it at the very least. She didn't, I then stood up and went there after a few minutes and she said: your coffee is there. At this point the coffee was cold and we still had to go, so I just told them how bad was that and they just couldn't care less. I should have done as everyone else: take the coffee as T/A and sit anyway, since they didn't seem to bother by it anyway and all the tables were covered by dirty stuff...

Food average and the service is horrible. We need to wait 15 min for a sandwich and 25 min for a slice of lasagna.
