Spectacular experience! I've never been so well treated as I was at Longview House. It really exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous breakfast, comfortable bedroom, great lounge, Christmas costumes on all over the place (so beautiful *-*) and they even flew the Brazilian flag for me. On top of all of it, I had the great pleasure of meeting Krissi and Chris (the Longview House's owners), the sweetest and kindest people I've ever met.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. From the food, the welcome and all of the little touches. The attention to detail with little chocolates on the pillow and pillow spray. Everything was lovely. I came over for work and Krissi and Chris were so helpful in all of the little tips and tricks I needed to know about NI. I would love to stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights with Krissi and Chris and wow! WOW! From the moment of (late) arrival, myself and my partner were greeted personally by Krissi and shown to our room (The Giant's Causeway), which we could see was a large room with lots of drawers, desktop space and a huge bed all looking very high end. Krissi then pointed out the walk-in wardrobe space, which would house enough clothes for a month's stay! But then... she opened the door to the "bathroom" - I use inverted commas because this was no ordinary bathroom, it was as big again as the bedroom! Containing toilet, rolltop bath, seperate power shower cubicle, that would have sufficed, but no! A massive table with magazines and LED candles and a chez lounge to relax on, as well as a freestanding storage shelf unit containing anything and everything you might need (towels, face cloths, soaps, shampoos, cotton buds etc etc etc) . That "thought of everything" touch was continued in the bedroom, with a chocolate on each side of the bed, home made shortbread on the desk along with kettle, teas, coffee etc, clear W|FI details, smart TV, bubbly in a cooler and a message inviting us to say if we would like it, and a cold one would be provided. Even a travel adaptor was provided in case it was needed. The bed is hand made and so so sooooooooooooooooooooooo comfy!!! There is an Amazon device (Alexa!) in the room too, so music or information is easilly obtained! Both the room and the bathroom had fresh roses in them too; immediately you feel at home, in comfort and pampered!!! After a quick freshen up, we went downstairs and was introduced to the couple's 3 pet dogs, who are very friendly (and aren't allowed in any bedroom or any eating areas) and we were shown the lounge and dining room areas and told more about the B&B and the area. We were presented with a sheet of paper containing all of the many breakfast options to indicate what we might like the following morning. I chose the full Ulster fry, and you can customize this by selecting which items you do or don't want, and the size (small, medium, large) - I selected everything and large as a test. Next morning, at the time we indicated, we went to the dining area to be greeted by a filter machine full of fresh coffee, pot of tea, cereals, juices and a wonderful little glass of fruit, yoghurt and granola as means of a little appetizer. Bliss! Then the full Ulster came, and it. was. massive! Very fresh, very tasty, it was AMAZING!!! We also could observe the view of course, and it is stunning, over fields to the river and the hills beyond. Everything, everywhere was SPOTLESSLY clean!!! Krissi and Chris are so attentive, nothing is too much bother, but you probably won't think of anything to ask for, as they genuinely seem to have thought of everything! I am hard pushed to tell the difference between this high end, luxury B&B and a 4 or 5 star hotel!!! Other than the price and lack of snobbery!!!! The B&B is well placed as a base for exploring, with pretty much all of Northern Ireland within an hour or so drive from here, Ballymoney itself is minutes away and has everything you might want. Our room's namesake, The Giant's Causeway is around 16 miles away, as is the lovely seaside town of Portstewart and it's wide range of pubs, restaurants etc and the motherlode of ice cream parlours, Morellis who serve possibly the world's finest ice cream!!! I can honestly say this has been the best short stay We've had, and I've travelled a lot for business - we will be back!!!!
