        Jayne is the perfect combination of encouraging and challenging. She is knowledgable and always explains the benefits of all poses, she pays attention to everyone in the class and always encourages to push forwards in a safe way. Having attended and enjoyed her classes before the Covid 19 crisis I was so happy and relieved that she managed to continue classes remotely and look forward to the opportunity to attend her classes in the studio again.

        I love Iyengar Yoga with Jayne both in the studio and online! Having never attempted yoga before I was dubious but I have been with Jayne for around a year and now I couldnt do without Both mentally and physically Jayne is personable, fun, kind and a great instructor, if you fancy giving yoga a go I would 100% recommend

        Brilliant teacher and just love the classes. Age doesn't matter as you are assisted by props and guidance to work at your level. Just love the opportunity to build strength and stamina helping body and mind. It has helped my posture and improved my sleep pattern.
