Always good service. Even easier when you show them a video and/or photograph of the injured or sick animal (hard to get a bullock in the car!).

Had an appointment for my dog, got to the clinic, was told an emergency had come in, which I totally understand takes priority.. Told to come back few hours later which I did, to be told I was now In (out of hours) and had to pay 90 fee before anyone even looked at my dog (from memory approx this amount) ... What!!?? , never been back. Also separate incident before this , my German Shepherd had terminal cancer, we had an awful night with him, phoned emergency number, no answer, eventually someone rang back, by this time he settled a bit.. It was time now tho to say goodbye to him, he had had a few nights like this. Made the decision to take him to be put to sleep, young Scottish vet came outside to us (covid restrictions) hadn't the notes on our dog do didn't know he had terminal cancer, added to our stress and anxiety to explain it all over again....
